Pete Quin
A fine singer songwriter and another
great interpreter of other people's songs - except Bob Dylan's! Since early 1967, Pete
has always played the same guitar - a 1965 Gibson SJN. Like Pete, It's well-travelled
and beat-up, but sounds wonderful - especially now that he's got round to changing the
strings. Pete was always hailed as a fine guitarist, and for many his own transcriptions
of early piano rags were definitive. But his greatest love was always the songs, an
eclectic mix from many decades, along with many self-penned numbers, all arranged
and performed with the skill and style that makes Pete so special.
