Earlier last year (2005) top U.S soul singer Ann Peebles heard Deb's version of her huge hit 'I Can't Stand The Rain' and was knocked out, and immediately, asked if Debs wanted to re-record the classic song as a duo. Whilst Ann was in the U.K for the session, she performed just three gigs, the Royal Festival Hall, London, The Borderline Club in London and....South Parade Pier Southsea for Barking Spider!!!!!

The Deborah Bonham Band were special guests at all three gigs, where they performed tracks from "The Old Hyde", followed by Ann performing some of her greatest hits and songs from her 'Acoustic Soul Tour', followed by the pair singing together on 'I Can't Stand The Rain' and others.
