Barking Spider Promotions in conjunction with Bullfrog Blues Club are presenting a BOB DYLAN & THE GRATEFUL DEAD weekend at The Dockyard Club, Onslow Road, Southsea, PO5 2NH on SATURDAY 27th - SUNDAY 28th NOVEMBER. Doors open at 12 noon each day. Tickets to the public are on offer for £20 per day or £35 for the weekend - HOWEVER, we have some very special offers for our loyal regulars on the Bullfrog mailing list! Headlining on Saturday evening will be Europe's premier Grateful Dead tribute THE GRATEFUL DUDES, and headlining Saturday afternoon will be Bullfrog favourites ROBIN BIBI & DAVID "THE HARPMEISTER" RAPHAEL. Also appearing are PLEASANTVILLE (featuring the Bullfrog's very own Dan Ogus), SCARLET TOWN (featuring ex members of Reet Petite & Gone), from Devon the very talented JEFF "THE HORSE" HORSEY... and there's more!! On Sunday John O'Connell's top U.K Dylan tribute band SIMPLY DYLAN from Liverpool are headlining (they've played top venues including The Royal Albert Hall). Also appearing will be JEFF "THE HORSE" HORSEY (this time with IAN ROBINSON - ex McGuinness Flint), the Bullfrog's very own ANDY BROAD, from Middlesborough STEVE WATSON, top psych Celtic band MARY JANE and much, much more..... BULLFROG BLUES CLUB SPECIAL OFFERS.... *A weekend ticket for just £30, giving you two full days top entertainment from some superb bands. This saves you £5 on the usual weekend ticket price. These tickets will be available at the Stompin Dave Three gig this Thursday. * A Saturday afternoon ticket (12 noon - 6.30.p.m ) for just £10. Headlining will be ROBIN BIBI & DAVID "THE HARPMEISTER" RAPHAEL, * A Saturday evening ticket (7 p.m - 11.30 p.m ) for just £12, when there will be two long sets from THE GRATEFUL DUDES starting at 7.30.p.m. As usual, we will be selling tickets "on line" via secure Paypal payment via www.barkingspider.abelgratis.com.
