Even MORE sad news.... I've just heard that yey another legendary figure form the world of folk music Johnny Silvo, is loosing his battle with cancer. The doctors have given him “a few months” to live, and pain relief is what they can offer him. He is comfortable in his own house in Sola outside Stavanger, Norway with his wife Berit and son Patrick. Johnny is not up to receiving any phone calls as he is very weak, but would love to get your messages via the Facebook group which has been established to keep Johnny’s friends informed of developments, and also to give them the opportunity to send messages to him. Even if circumstances are dire, Johnny is still Johnny, with his big smile and his sense of humour. J
