The guitar, bass and drums trio THE HAMSTERS have long been established asthe U.K.'s premier blues-rock attraction, having performed a staggering 4,000 concerts in 21 years. Although primarily playing their own brand of rootsy rock, blues and Americana, they're also widely regarded as the UK's leading interpreters of the music of Jimi Hendrix and ZZ Top. This Saturday, 23rd May, THE HAMSTERS will be performing a full show of their music at The Cellars At Eastney. Not to be missed - doors open 8 p.m. Slim, the band's awesome guitarist & vocalist, is appearing in a new 3-hour DVD documentary about the Fender Stratocaster titled 'Strat Masters'.
