‘BLOKESTOCK’ – THE WORLD’S SMALLEST FESTIVAL – EVER! Where? The back room of The R.M.A.Tavern, Cromwell Rd., Southsea. When? June 9th., doors 8 p.m. Who? The one and only JACKIE LEVEN and the two and only MICHAEL WESTON KING. How much? Just £8 - is this the century's cheapest ever festival ticket? Featuring....guitars, voices, world’s best songs, insect pasties from Lagos (Mr. Leven informs me they fly where they’re told on wing power then reform into a tasty pastry based snack, like that old Scottish band – A FLOCK OF PASTIES), some old Doll By Doll metal badges, and childhood reminiscence of dark satanic mills. .....and to quote Sir Vincent Lone .... "I’ll bet you get people getting in touch to see if they can be on BLOKESTOCK". Be a bloke - come to BLOKESTOCK- all females blokes also welcome.
