Stompin' Dave Allen (no relation to Dave Allen from Reet Petite & Gone, or Daevid Allen from Gong!!!) performs  down home blues music on guitar, five-string banjo, fiddle, harmonica, vocals  - & tap dancing, would you believe!!!! 
 
Since beginning to perform as Stompin' Dave Allen in April 2006,  Dave has recorded two CDs Westwood Bound, and Like A Lotus Flower Growing In Muddy Waters, travelled across the USA, with impromptu performances in Chicago, New York, Charlottesville  and New Orleans, performed at Weymouth folk festival and played pubs in Dorset, Somerset, Hampshire & Devon. 
 
Previously known as Dr. Stomp, Dave has performed at Glastonbury Festival 2004/5, The Tolpuddle Martyrs Festival 2005, Frome Festival 2005/6, Brampton Live Festival 2004,  Bournemouth Music Live 2004/5 and   won Falmouth’s International Street Entertainer's Competition in 2004.  Dave produced eight Dr. Stomp albums & a video.
