Check out The News website and you'll see it says......

"Following the phenomenal success of the first awards last year, The News is
pleased to announce that this year's awards ceremony will take place once
again at the New Theatre Royal, Guildhall Walk, Portsmouth, on Monday November
13.

But before that, there's plenty of work to do to ensure all the best local
performers get the recognition they deserve - and that's where you come in.

In each category there will be a winner and two runners up, voted for by you
and by our panel of expert judges from the entertainments industry.

The News have put together a provisional list of contenders for each
category. But if you think there's something missing that deserves a mention, now's
your chance to get it included.

Nominations close on Wednesday, September 6. After that we'll draw up a
shortlist and invite you to vote for your favourites".
