Hi all, I've just had a phone call from the new licensee of The R.M.A. - he starts on 1st August and is interested in continuing the music. I am in Portsmouth next Friday and I'm meeting with him in the morning, so maybe all is going to be O.K. after all.... wish me luck! I will reinstitute all the gigs from 1st August if I can. While I'm at it, are there any bands on this list that you WOULDN'T want to see? Is there anyone NOT on the list that you WOPULD like to see! (Being mindful of licensee's budget on a free entry gig, of course!!!) And finally.... how would you feel about paying a small entry fee (say £3 or £4) to see a higher calibre band/artiste in the back room of the RMA? Cheers, J.R.
