Hi all, 
 
"The News" Portsmouth is at present running "The News Guide Awards". Under  
the category "Best Folk/ Roots Act",  The Motherfolkers (they've lumped An  
Seisiun in under that umbrella) are one of the nominated  bands..... many of you 
will know that this is the band That the Barkin'  Spider himself sings with,  
and perfoms strange deeds with spoons.
 
So I must declare a vested interest, but you'd make an old man very  happy 
(well, ALL the old men in the band actually...) if you voted for  The 
Motherfolkers. BUT ONLY IF YOU WANT TO, OF COURSE! 
 
You may wish to vote for one of the other nominated bands, which are Arlen,  
Kelly'sTattoo, White Knuckle Blues Band,  Lady Winwood's Maggott and Mist  on 
The Bog.
