R.M.A REAL ALE & REAL MUSIC FESTIVAL - FREE ENTRY!!!!


On  Saturday 12th March and Sunday 13th March, Barking Spider is organising 
the first R.MA. Real  Ale  & Real  Music  Festival, at the R.M.A. Tavern in 
Cromwell Road, Eastney.  Entry is completely free.

Apart from a great selection of guest real ales, as befits this excellent 
music venue  there will be two whole days of top quality  music on offer from 2 
p.m to midnight each day. 

On Saturday it's a roots music extravaganza, and top of the bill is top 
singer songwriter and raconteur from Scotland, Jackie Leven. Before him will be the 
incredibly talented Lee Griffiths from Manchester, and on  tour from the 
U.S.A. will be Steve Singh.  Acoustic duo The Asher Band will open up the day's 
music at 2 p.m , followed by celtic music and formation drinking from Father 
Jack    

Sunday 13th March, is blues day, and guitar legend  Jon Amor will top the 
bill.  Before him will be White Knuckle Blues Band. The afternoon's music kicks 
off at 2 p.m  with a solo spot from Portsmouth's own king of the blues, Andy 
Broad, followed by performances from the ever popular John Crampton and Mo 
Thomas. 
    

The first all day R.MA. Real  Ale  & Real  Music  Festival is on  Saturday 
12th March and Sunday 13th March, at  The R.M.A. Tavern, Cromwell Road, Eastney.
