SONNY BLACK at The Bullfrog THIS THURSDAY

Well, we've managed to pull a good 'un out of the hat - on Thursday the 
excellent SONNY BLACK is appearing with the indefatigable  GEORGE PEARSON on bass,  
to replace the cancelled Bill "Watermelon Slim" Homans gig.

Sonny tells me that he would have probably been at The Bullfrog as a "punter" 
to see Watermelon Slim,  but now he's going to have to work for his living 
instead!

If you've not seen guitar maestro Bill Boazman, a.k.a. Sonny Black yet, 
you're in for a real treat, he is really a superb guitarist, always note perfect. 
He plays an irresistible blend of slow blues and shuffles through to rockin R&
B, and vocals, and shares vocals with long time sidekick George Pearson on bass 
guitar/vocals

Sonny Black runs through the card with his effortless style, playing everythi
ng from Country blues, Big Bill Bronzy, Sonny Boy Williamson,  jazz, Cuban, 
and boogie! Many of the numbers are his own compositions and excellent vehicles 
for Sonny and George  to stretch out and improvise. 

Just sit back, listen and see just how good this man is  at The Bullfrog on
