LIVE/WIRE, the busiest AC/DC tribute in the U.K., are appearing at South Parade Pier this Sunday (28th March), covering all the AC/DC classics old and new including "Back In Black", "Whole Lotta Rosie", "Highway To Hell" and "Thunderstruck." LIVE/WIRE consists of Gary Foster (lead guitar), Eric Hodgetts (rhythm guitar),Billy Loveridge (vocals), Eddie Clark (bass and backing vocals) and Clive Gibbons (drums). Formed back in spring 1997, LIVE/WIRE are a superbly entertaining band, and have supported Wishbone Ash and U.F.O at at Donnington, performed live on Scottish radio and headlined the Paisley Festival near Glasgow. They don't look like 'dopplegangers' but close your eyes and NONE come closer! They've even received approval from Angus Young's own family! Doors open at 7 30. p.m., and tickets are just £7.
