LIVE/WIRE are at South Parade Pier this Sunday (28th March) for a whole lotta AC/DC LIVE/WIRE, the busiest AC/DC tribute in the U.K., are appearing at South Parade Pier this Sunday, covering all the AC/DC classics old and new including "Back In Black", "Whole Lotta Rosie", "Highway To Hell" and "Thunderstruck." LIVE/WIRE consists of Gary Foster (lead guitar), Eric Hodgetts (rhythm guitar),Billy Loveridge (vocals), Eddie Clark (bass and backing vocals) and Clive Gibbons (drums). LIVE/WIRE have supported Wishbone Ash and U.F.O at the rock 'n' blues festival at Donnington, performed live on Scottish radio as headlining band at the Paisley Festival near Glasgow. Formed back in spring 1997, LIVE/WIRE's onstage rapport with their audience makes for a great nights' entertainment. They don't look like 'dopplegangers' but close your eyes and NONE come closer! They've even received approval from Angus Young's own family! Doors open at 7 30. p.m., and tickets are just £7. Carrying on our tradition of bringing you only TOP class tributes, LIMEHOUSE LIZZY, the superb tribute act to the great Thin Lizzy, are back at South Parade Pier on Sunday 4th April, and on Good Friday, April 9th, Frank Zappa tribute THE MUFFIN MEN are back, accompanied by Jimmy Carl Black, a founder member of the original Mothers Of Invention.
