Two listings this week, as I'm away from Spider H.Q for a week from Saturday!! JOHN CRAMPTON - Bullfrog Blues Club on South Parade Pier, Southsea tonight - Thursday 22nd April. Singer/guitarist John Crampton will be bringing his breathtaking virtuosity and hard driving brand of blues to The Bullfrog Blues Club on South Parade Pier tonight. Brighton-based Crampton is a one-man blues band of awesome power and dedication. He is a master of the slide guitar, and his performances include blowing harmonica fills between vocal phrases, playing riffs during harmonica solos and growling out blues lyrics with a voice like an angle-grinder. He has appeared at many top blues festivals and clubs throughout Europe, and always goes down well at The Bullfrog, so so you there! . Bullfrog Blues Club Thurs 29.4.04- Mo' INDIGO Next Thursday Mo' Indigo appear at The Bullfrog Blues club on South Parade Pier, bringing their own brand of stylishly delivered melodic, soul tinged r & b and blues. Formed in August 1997 first triumph was that year at the Great British R'n'B Festival in Colne, and since then they've rapidly risen to the forefront of the British blues scene, and become firm Bullfrog favourites. Touring the U.S.A., Europe and throughout the U.K, Mo' Indigo have played all the major blues festivals as well as backing legends like John Mayall, Larry Garner, Chick Willis, Sherman Robertson, Earl Gaines and Al Garner on tours in the U.K. and Europe. Mo Indigo appear at The Bullfrog Blues Club , South Parade Pier, Southsea on Thurday 29th April. Doors open at 8 p.m
