Ron  Trueman-Border has gained an enviable reputation as one of the folk 
scene's most important and popular singer/songwriters, and is probably  the most 
prolific songwriter! 

Not only is he a truly gifted writer, Ron is a raconteur and 
multi-instrumentalist able to convey a sense of fun one minute and sheer emotion the next. Ron 
never seems to lack inspiration and his invention never flags, and there's no 
sound    reason why this man has not been hailed as the new Richard Thompson 
- yet.…
