NOVEMBER BLUES AT THE BULLFROG BLUES CLUB, SOUTH PARADE PIER, SOUTHSEA
What a November line up we've got for you - I think I can confidently say
we'd be hard pressed to better it! !!!!!!!!
On Tuesday 4th November the wonderful KELLY JOE PHELPS with his band come to
the Bullfrog. You may have seen Kelly Joe headline the blues day at this
year's Isle Of Wight festival, or at The Southsea Banstand, but this is going to be
a great opportunity to see KJP in intimate surroundings, in our usual Albert
Tavern venue. Support is by Australian surf blues guitarist Marcus Bancroft,
who many of you will have seen at The R.M.A. Tavern a couple of months back.

On Thursday 6th November THE PETE HARRIS BAND from Southampton are here,
after performing a great gig on the blues day of this year's Southsea Folk &
Roots Festival. (Tickets £6)
On Thursday 13th November AYNSLEY LISTER. returns once more. A great Bullfrog
favourite, what more is there to be said about Aynsley that hasn't been said?
Simply an awesome player. (Tickets £8)
On Monday 17th November, ERIC BIBB!!!!!!!!! This is a major coup for the
Bullfrog, and we move into The Gaiety for this gig. Amy Wadge is support, who
performed a blistering gig at The R.M.A. Tavern for us a while back.

Thurs 20th November THE BRUCE KATZ BAND from the U.S.A. - you will be
stunned when you hear this band. Bruce on keyboards is a a legend anyway, but
Julien Kapser on guitar is astonishing. When asked who he'd be nervous sharing
the stage with,he could think of only two players - Jeff Beck and Robben
Ford!!! (Tickets £8)
Thursday 27th November. WHITE KNUCKLE BLUES BAND. Steve Roux & the boys
unfortunately had to cancel their last Bullfrog gig, as Bernie Fox wasn't too
well, but they're back for us now - what better way of rounding off a great
month at The Bullfrog than a gig with one of the moast popular local bands we
ever put on? (Tickets £6)
