Don't forget JOHN CRAMPTON is at The Bullfrog Blues Club, on South Parade Pier, Southsea, this Thursday 16th October! John creates a very big and powerful sound of hard hitting and danceable uptempo blues. He plays slide or bottleneck style on a 1930’s National steel guitar with harmonica and thumping his foot on foot box to provide a driving rhythm. Recently he has played played in Ireland, Norway, Germany , Switzerland, Canada, Florida, Czech Republic, Poland, France and Slovakia. John plays mostly his own songs, influenced by Howlin' Wolf, Bukka White, John Lee Hooker and Ry Cooder. He always plays a great gig at The Bullfrog, so see you there - doors open at 8 p.m.
