As you probably know by now this is the eleventh year of the festival and the first at our new venue in Southsea: The NBE CSA Club (aka The Dockyard Club), on Onslow Road, Southsea, PO5 2NH. As well as changing venue we've been working on upgrading the facililties on the website, including anew more adaptable ticket sales system, and media resources section and more to come. www.southseafolkfestival.co.uk * Tickets System * We are pleased to announce that tickets for the Southsea Folk & Roots Festival are now available to buy online using our new Paypal Express Checkout system. The new system allows us to offers discounts for daytime tickets (buy a daytime ticket with and evening ticket for only £16.00 the pair, saving £2.00) and precalculates the total for you before sending you to PayPal for secure processing of your credits card details etc. All the secure processing is handled by PayPal and we only deal with the numbers of tickets processed, and your contact name and email, so we can send you a confirmation. Bring this to the festival to claim your tickets on the day as you would have done with the old system. (This cuts down costs as no ticket money is wasted on postage). As well as the discount on daytime tickets our tradtional Early Bird offer runs till June 30th giving you an extra 10% off all ticket prices.
