As in previous years we are looking for performers to busk on the pier during the festival daytimes. That is: Saturday 26th August Sunday 27th August Monday 28th August Musicians of any style and standard are welcome to try their hand, the aim is add "atmosphere" to the event, and collect a little money to cover your expenses and add to festival funds (usually we do a 50 / 50 split). Nomimally Monday is the blues day and Saturdat and Sunday the "folk" days, but if you can't make the day closest to your styl it certainly doesn't matter, we'd ust like you to play.
