Thanks: The Florence Blues Jam.

I just wanted to say a thankyou to those who turned up for the Friday night
blues jam at this years Southsea Folk and Roots Festival, held as ever at
the The Florence Arms, Florence Road, (The Official Festival Pub). 

The Jam was held in the public bar this year and the acoustic theme worked
well.  
Myself and Matt Beckwith hosted the evening starting with each session with
a set then passing the chair arround, ending with a massed Jam. 

Thanks to Martin & Dave who cam other from Southhampton to play a Sonny
Terry and Brownie McGhee style set, Adam who travelled in the other
direction from bognor to play a devestating set of Robert Johnson and tmap
Red style delta blues on his mat black resonator, Tim who joined us for the
massed Jam adding some spikey rhythm guitar.  


Most importantly thanks to Greg the Landlord for letting us use the bar and
for setting up his house P.A. which saved a little time and effort on our
part.
