Welcome to September's newsletter. Slightly delayed due to the "aftermath" of the Sixth Southsea Folk & Roots Festival but still lots of news to tell. Burnt Ice had an enjoyable gig at "The Crown" in Littlehampton last Saturday, despite having to fight our way through some horrendous traffic to get there. The venue seems to have returned to it' s former glory, the new management having put a to of work in, to get things going after the slump towards the end of the previous management. The place was full of people and most importantly they were listening and better yet dancing. We've been promised a clutch of gigs for next year so keep your eyes on the giglist.
